Where available tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number. we will investigate the issue and work with our fulfilment partner and shipping carrier to resolve it.
